The minimum par level is 3 for in house laundry and 5 for off property. Make sure you put all inventory intro service as the linen needs to sit on the shelf for at least 48 hours before you introduce it back into service. This process will allow the fibers to relax after washing.
The result will greatly extend the life of the fabric.

Thread Count is not the only factor to judge your linen by.
There is the type of weave (Percale or Sateen) Sateen being the finer of the two which will give the fabric a much smoother hand.
The quality of yarn (Egyptian Combed Cotton, Combed Cotton, Carded Cotton) with Egyptian being the finest then Combed being extremly good and carded (Class A) being a good reliable source.
What are the DP levels of the fabric (1900-2300) is very good while (1300 to 1800) is poor to average. These levels gauge the strength of the yarn after the finishing processes are complete,
Is the product Mercerised as this process will greatly increase the look feel and durability of the item.

Designer Fabrics: You need to exercise caution here as the designs that are chosen are done so for the look, not the durability.
However we are capable of taking those designer styles and weaving them into fabrics which are more suited for this industry.
This will give your designer the look they are looking for and will satisfy the management of the propeerty that they are getting the quality require.
